Chris Charlton, LA Drupal Co-Manager & Lead Event Organizer

Chris helped grow the Drupal vibe in Los Angeles. Our meetups are also popular networking nights. Originating with less than 100 members, Chris has pushed membership above 400 and remains a Drupal junkie; speaking at many conferences and camps nearby and across the country. Through support and mentoring, our local Drupal group turned into a powerful group of trendsetters.

Chris co-organized the 2008 Drupal Camp in Los Angeles.

Christefano, Co-Manager & Event Organizer

Christefano joined LA Drupal from Boston in 2008. A regular speaker, and organizer of our Drupal Cafe nights, Christefano has also helped LA Drupal members connect with the Santa Barbara region by managing and organizing meetups.

Christefano was also a sponsor of the 2008 Drupal Camp in Los Angeles.

Mike Stewart, Co-Manager & Event Organizer

Mike has helped LA Drupal grow by organizing meetups, lab sessions, and video archives of each meeting. He is an open source fan and has promoted Drupal & other FOSS projects at various events such as SCaLE & LinuxWorld, and of course Drupalcon participation.

Based on Crystal Williams design, Mike themed the 2008 Drupal Camp Los Angeles web site, and supported camp operations to help things and people get where they were needed.

Mike is always open to new business opportunities that mesh well with his family lifestyle as a full-time dad and not quite full time Drupaller. Hit him up if your need help in a less than full-time capacity.

Nicole Bluto, Drupalchix & Install-fest organizer

Nicole began using Drupal a bit more than a year ago and has helped breathe new life into the LA Drupal user community. She participates in meetups and comes with a deep curiosity and an avid love of Drupal. She totally stepped up to help organize both the Drupalchix track as well as taking the role of lead organizer for the Install-fest.

Rain Breaw, Drupalchix & Install-fest organizer

Rain is a small-business owner, a filmmaker, a web designer, a photographer. In today’s economy, that means she does a lot of other stuff, as well! Other favorites include building socially-conscious websites, learning about the ever-improving social power of internet technologies, and photography. In 2008, Rain served as the technical supervisor for the Stand Up To Cancer Drupal-based website.

John Romine, Venue Coordinator, Event Organizer

John is Director of Computing for the School of Engineering at UC Irvine. John’s been working with Drupal since 2007, and with PHP and MySQL for about 10 years. John develops and supports Drupal sites on-campus and off, and is using Drupal to help develop business applications for higher education. John’s an OC native, and participates in LA Drupal, OC Drupal, and OC PHP groups.
