Bob Kepford is a web designer and musician from Fresno California. He has been building web sites for about four years, both on a freelance basis as well as for his current employer. Bob currently works as the Webmaster for State Center Consortium in Fresno California. State Center Consortium is a part of the State Center Community College District and is an organization that works with Community Colleges, High Schools, the California Department of Education, the California Chancellor’s Office and many other local companies and organizations. SCC promotes vocational and career technical education in Fresno, CA and the Central Valley. Bob also works as a freelance web designer and is one of the organizers of the Fresno Drupal User's Group.
