Bio

Mark is a high-energy team player who is committed to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining exceptional client relationships, and doing whatever it takes to ensure our client’s needs are exceeded. He offers our clients over 25 years of Information Technology experience developing innovative technology solutions for a variety of applications. His broad industry experience includes Advertising, Associations, Banking, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Building/Construction, Direct Marketing, Education, Franchise, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Mortgage, Non-Profit, Real Estate, Retail, Service, Training, Travel & Hospitality and Wholesale Distribution. Prior to his tenure at Achieve, Mark was the CTO for Aviatech, a leading online advertising agency where he led the development of a number of award winning websites and media campaigns. For 10 years prior to that he operated his own consulting firm, Knowledge Solutions, delivering eCommerce, CRM, SFA and web application solutions to clients around the globe. In his early years, Mark was the Chief Architect of the IBM Order Management System (OMS/MOMS) and National speaker for IBM on high volume order processing systems. While skilled in relational databases, object oriented methods, content management systems, ecommerce, sms/wap/mobile applications, Mark keeps current in the technologies of Social Networking, Web 2.0 applications, Agile Development, CRM, Online Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Wireless Messaging and Streaming Audio/Video. Mark earned his Computer Science Degree from Coleman College after winning the “Outstanding Senior in Computer Programming” award in High School.
