361 Registered. One Week Until Camp

There are 317 signed up to attend Saturday or Sunday plus another 44 as unsure. Seems likely many in the unsure category are waiting to see what the final schedule looks like. We should have it ready Monday or Tuesday.

It’d help us if you picked/reviewd all your sessions now. In order to build a schedule, we need to know which sessions we need to fit into which rooms. We understand that some people may have to make changes based on a final schedule, but it still helps us gauge interest.

Calling all vounteers. Remember, this whole event is volunteer run. We need your help when possible. If everyone pitches in a little, we all end up having a great time. We’ll need help with:

• Setup
• Installfest
• Video camera operators
• Room monitors
• Go-for’s
• Tear-down
• Other things that haven’t yet made the list
