I founded psd2css Online which is a website that (among other things) will automatically convert a Photoshop Drupal Theme Design into a working Drupal Theme. It will generate all the PHP, CSS and javascript. You can define custom regions in the Photoshop file for Drupal content (by naming the Photoshop layers with special names), and even define custom node page designs all right in Photoshop - no need to code the Theme by hand.
