Right out the box Drupal is good at SEO, but by installing a handful of modules and some simple configuration changes you can greatly improve your SEO.

I’d like to see a session to point out the fundamentals of SEO in Drupal. I know “SEO Checklist” module does a great job at listing the modules/services to configure, but some people need to know what and why you need to use:

XML Sitemap (in active redevelopment)
META tags (too bad this isn’t in core cough code sprint cough)
Global Redirect
